1. RETURNS/REFUNDS OVERVIEW
I take great pride in creating each unique piece of art I make. As such, I want to take the same care in working with folks who purchase my things and support me. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the item you've purchased, the return policy is simple: you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return any item bought via DAENROSE.com or via private sale. A return request must be made within 14 days and meet the requirements below. However, please note I am not able to offer refunds on:

Any painted pieces of art that are not on canvas or panels

Products that have been made to order or customized

Products that have been discounted
I will do my very best however, to work with you on a piece you are unhappy with and try to meet your requirements should an order not meet your expectations.
2. RETURNING ART
All returns must be in originally created condition. This is at my discretion, and items featuring the following will not be eligible for a return:

Art/photos marked or damaged or that are not in their undamaged original packaging,

Frames chipped/bent or otherwise not in original shipping state

Frame glass that has been broken or chipped
If you have any questions about what might constitute your item not falling under the above conditions, please contact me directly. When shipping your piece, you must submit a tracking number to me. This is done for each of us, so it's clear when an item will arrive, who the carrier is and the level of insurance offered in the case an item goes missing or is damaged in transit.
3. REFUNDS
A refund will be issued to the original card that was used for the purchase within 5 days of receipt of the return. This refund will include the full value of the items returned, including US taxes and excluding shipping costs.
4. EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, I do not offer exchanges for any items sold. The reason is fairly simple - each piece is unique and rarely if ever, have the same valuation.
